Who We Are
Global Footprint | Social Impact
We’re a lifestyle business, helping others build lives they enjoy by doing work that fuels them.
We are others-focused, believing what you believe about your success and supporting your needs with the best talent and opportunities.
Our workforce is virtual, which makes the WeAssist global footprint eco-friendly, efficient, flexible, one of we’re proud.
Social impact is in our DNA. We partner with communities to end joblessness by paying our expert VA’s who come from all walks of life as military spouses, single parents, college students, and women of color a liveable and sustainable wage; because, why not?
Let’s face it, businesses and professionals fail without the right kind of support. We support your business by matching you to professionals with your leadership DNA and provide long-term opportunities for professional candidates in the United States, that wouldn’t traditionally have access to remote work or are underutilized due to non-flexibility.
Respect For People
Valuing our people, encouraging their development and rewarding their performance are cornerstones of our culture. Virtual group training, coffee meetings, celebrations & conferences are also a portion of how we keep remote work culture thriving.
It takes people with different ideas, strengths, interests, and cultural backgrounds to make our company succeed! We are committed to hiring underutilized and disenfranchised communities.
We build relationships on trust. honesty, transparency, and communication.
Our commitment to personal & professional growth helps our Concergists and staff continually learn, grow, adapt and evolve with your business.
We enrich lives that happen outside of work, and are committed to maintaining balance with flexible work options.
Sharai Johnson | CEO
CEO, Sharai Johnson, found herself holding down the fort as a military spouse, searching for opportunities to keep her professional edge and earn additional income while staying home to care for a young son. When job interviews yielded no offers, Sharai decided to explore Virtual Assisting.
She discovered that her skills were in high demand by businesses that needed specific help in areas where they were over-extending time, energy, and resources.
In the first eight months, she assisted more than 20 trucking, real estate, tech, and service-based businesses and wrote an educational book about the benefit of Virtual Assistants.
With great success, Sharai leads WeAssist in workforce transformation. The organization and its partners interrupt overwhelm and joblessness with staffing support, new career paths, and workload relief every single day
